I'm tempted to call BS on this one.

The story ran in American Rifleman or Shotgun News; I don't recall which.  There's also a detailed write up on The Firearms Blog (http://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2010/05/03/new-record-for-longest-sniper-kill-1-5-miles/).  Two shots at 8,100+ feet at a stationary, plus a moving target- WOW!  I was a bit surprised that the reporting (linked) media was allowed to print his picture, normally taboo to keep the hunter from becoming the hunted.  I wonder what has changed there?
