Other commitments prevented me from viewing the reenactment in Lexington today or taking the bus to D.C., but I did manage to get in some shooting of my own.
I self administered a Redcoat target this afternoon. The first time around, 300 yards was my effective range. On the second try I cleaned it.
Man-child also gave it a go, and while he didn't group very well, he managed to score one hit on each target out to 400. He was frustrated with his performance, but we accentuated the positive and he walked away with a big smile.
