Looks like 55 gn. FMJ .223 on sale for $16.24 for 50 rnds. That works out to about $162.40 for 500 rnds. or $324.80 for 1000 rnds. Don't know what S&H would be.

Rem. 150 gn. FMJ 308 for $120.50 for 200 rnds. or $602.50 for 1000 rnds. (sounds kinda high to me but it is all reloadable brass, too)
