I have created a word document with Pictures and instructions so shooters have an easier time finding the forum to post comments. These can be printed and distributed at end of the day, if desired. I have had comments from friends that came to the shoots, that they could not find the small links to the after action reports in order to leave comments.
If this is helpful to some of you, good, if not, I will use it myself... It is just another tool for us to use...

I also made a sheet for new IITs to give some directions on how to get active on the trail. The links will not work for until user has been placed on IIT status. Still needs a bit a work but better than nothing. A IIT prospect said to me that we are to internet dependent. I really don't know how we could communicate and coordinate effectively with out using the internet.

I agree. However, I think I understand the comment - although all of us here at Appleseed have come to depend upon the internet to get things accomplished, many of the folks who are just beginning either do not have or choose not to use an internet connection. We have a fall-back plan, of sorts, here at work for those of our agencies who do not have internet access. Basically it's just an old-fashioned phone tree. Does anyone think it would be useful to have such for those of our IITs who do not have internet access or an email address? In the long run, I think these IITs would be at a great disadvantage because there is way too much information being shared on this forum to communicate with a phone tree. I'll let folks with more experience than I have make a decision on this, however.
