Precisely Advantageous will be visiting Sacramento over the holidays and he has asked if we could host his family for a Mini. He would love for his folks to get a taste of an Appleseed like event.

Central and Northern California, we have an opportunity to brush up and get ready for the January shoot that will come two weeks later, we can show our fellow New Mexico 'seeders what California hospitality looks like, and we can help a fellow instructor shine for his family.
The last mini we had here was awesome! We all had a great time as everybody stepped up and challenged themselves to get out of their own comfort zones by trying new things. So this is the opportunity for you IITs or future IITs that want to spend some more time with your fellow instructors and get ready for that next level.
I expect to have the portable shelter that Roos5150 donated, set up in case of weather. So anything short of lightning will not be an issue.
PM me and let me know if you want to attend so I can make sure we get a range big enough. Our Mini's have nearly quadrupled in size each time so be sure to plan ahead. As usual the only cost for a mini (for instructors and shooters) is the range fees of $12.50 each.

McMann Roadrunner just notified me of a gun show this upcoming weekend, Jan. 2 & 3! They weren't supposed to come back until February. I'll be making table arrangements on Monday, and I need VOLUNTEERS!
If you can get in the cold, muddy rain to correct dragging wood and advising breath control to a new shooter, taking a few hours to tell folks about Appleseed should be easy--no cold, no mud, and you can sip coffee!! 9 am to 5 pm on Saturday, 9 am to 4 pm Sunday. You don't even have to stay all weekend--a few hours will make a huge difference to someone who will be there the entire time. We're rolling out Sacramento shoots every month of 2010, and I need Riflemen to help me spread the word!! :---
Obviously I don't expect those of you shooting at the Mini on Sunday to help me that day, but it'd be GREAT to have you 7th Stepping on Saturday!!! ..:..

Well gang, I've got a cold that won't go away, and with no other volunteers for this weekend's Cal Expo show I've let them know Appleseed will not be coming.
I'm still working on ideas to increase volunteerism for non-range events. Maybe I'll see you at the Mini.
