In some cases, however, I feel it's safe to say a Rifleman is born.

On the Twenty-fifth day of January, Anno Domini 2012: A Rifleman was born!

Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. AdamT! I remember seeing you both at the picnic last summer when your journey toward parenthood was at the beginning stages :) What a beautiful baby and an excellent photograph! Best wishes for the three of you!

I too have started to replace the current Generation,
With a family of youthful Riflemen.
We must pass it on quick,
For our best days in the sun,

Thanks to everyone that responded so far. It is truly amazing how fast ones life can change. Although I haven't slept in days I couldn't be happier.

Maybe some day we will be able to make it back up to that frozen tundra. Hopefully in the summer......
