After Action Report
Byers, CO
Colorado Rifle Club (CRC) March 5-6, 2011
If you were at this Appleseed Shoot this is where to post any comments you might have. Good, bad, or indifferent, we'd like to hear from you.
This is the first AS hosted at the CRC. This is a fantastic facility with multiple RIFLE ranges. Thanks to all who did the leg work to have another venue near (kind of) Denver.
Saturday our work was focused on the 25m range. Eight shooters took the lessons well. We had some serious folks who were making nice groups right off the bat. By the time we got to a few QDAQTs two Riflemen emerged. Rick and Tuan nailed it with solid scores in the 220-230 range. Warren re-qualified on Saturday as well.
Great example by Warren, not only did he attend a second seed, he brought two buddies with him!!!
We had great weather. 50F, mostly overcast and a nice breeze. No battles with Mother Nature this time.
Looking for thoughts from both Oneshot_Onehole (SBIT) and Long Rifle who stepped in to SB on Sunday.
It is always a pleasure to work with all the shooters and the AS staff. Those of you from Team Colorado who couldn't be there...well, we missed you and hope to see you soon on the trail.
Best, Mike/Sheepdog

Prone to Knit

On Sunday, Steve (who is our contact for the Colorado Rifle Club) and Tony earned their Rifleman patches. Congrats to all of our new Riflemen!

That's why I knit for our troops.
