Please join me in congratulating and thanking Hammer Forged for stepping up to take the reins on promotions.  By day, Hammer is a project manager with a Tier 1 automotive supplier, so he clearly knows how to guide projects and people to make sure things get done. 

As I have previously mentioned to our cadre - we are all on the promotions team.  Hammer will be our lightning rod for all promotions ideas and plans, and it will be his job to make sure those ideas get turned into actions.
