Achieving the Red Hat means a lot to me. I want to thank all of you for your encouragement, guidance, and occasional head slaps to keep me moving on this. On my drive home last evening I realised it's more that I have ended my Orange Hat and only just started my Red Hat. I'll do my very best to do the Red Hat and RWVA proud.
