I just got back from shooting KD with our Appleseed friends in Tennessee on Labor Day. In July,I shot KD with our friends in Alabama. There are a few more KD's this year in Kentucky and Alabama. I just might try to go to the one in Alabama last weekend of October.
With this said, too bad we don't have a range in Arkansas for KD, anyone have any leads on a possible range for this in Arkansas?
Hot Springs will probably have the range complete by next year to run KDs
How about a two day KD at VETS? We could split up it up as a one day event on a Saturday for one group, then have another on Sunday for another group. Maybe make this available to those who have attended Appleseeds in the past at VETS and also qualified on the AQT? Probably could shoot three at a time on paper targets for a "hits count" Probably could shoot four AQT's in the day.
I volunteer to build target stands! Since I'm already Long Range qualified as well as my son, we will just assist. Probably can arrange for transportation to shuttle shooters.
