Firearms must be cased and left in vehicle until after the Safety Briefing. Do Not bring your firearms out until instructed to bring them to the firing line. No loaded firearms on the range unless on the firing line and load command has been given. Eye and ear protection required. No illegal firearms are allowed. Some ranges are .22 rimfire only. At ranges that allow centerfire no rifle cartridges over 8mm cal or handgun cartridges over .45 cal are allowed.
Effective August 1st, 2021, The Smith & Wesson M&P 15-22 rifle can again now be used at Project Appleseed clinics. Check details on our How to Prepare page: https://appleseedinfo.org/how-to-prepare/
Subject to state and local laws, Instructors at your event may have discounted .22 ammo available. Reach out to the contact at the bottom of this page for availability.

Directions:
DO NOT USE THE RANGE ADDRESS IN YOUR NAVIGATION SYSTEM, IT WILL DIRECT YOU PAST THE RANGE. FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW OR ENTER CRABTREE PARK AS YOUR DESTINATION.
From I-5 North: Go south on I-5 to Exit 289 toward Tualatin/Sherwood. Turn right on Nyberg Road . Continue west on Nyberg Rd. (will change to Tualatin Sherwood Rd.) for 4.5 miles. Turn left onto Highway 99-W (SW Pacific Highway) and continue 11.2 miles.
Turn right onto 9th St SW in Dundee. The range is 2.3 miles up the road. 9th St SW turns into Worden Hill Road Rd. As you get to the bottom of the first long twisty steep hill, look for the sign on the left side of the road for Erath Winery and Crabtree Park. Turn left toward Erath Winery and turn left at the first fork to Crabtree Park. Continue to the far end of the park and look for the gate to Chehalem Valley Sportsman Club.
From I-5 South: Go north on I-5 to Exit 271, turn left onto Newberg Hwy / OR-219. Continue to follow Newberg Hwy, turn slight right onto Butteville Rd NE / OR-219. OR-219 becomes French Praire Rd NE. Turn left onto McKay Rd NE for 1.8 miles. Turn right onto River Rd / OR-219 and follow for 4.3 miles. Turn right onto Villa Road, then make an left onto Highway 99-W / Portland Rd and follow for 3.0 miles.
