Numerous improved and primitive campgrounds near Cave City (within 5 miles of range).

From Exit 53 at Cave City, KY
Right from Northbound lane and left from Southbound lane
Go 2 miles to second traffic light and turn right
Go 2 more miles to Herbert Turner Rd. and turn right
Go 2 more miles to range on left.

Check-in starts at 8:00 AM. Course of Instruction begins at 8:30 AM each day.
Instruction Saturday will end at approximately 5:30 PM and on Sunday at 4:00 PM.

Shoot your rimfire or centerfire rifle at 25 meters on Saturday.  At the discretion of the Shoot Boss, Sunday afternoon may include a 150-300 meter Known Distance shoot for those who qualify.

The ranges being used may not be sheltered.  If it's sunny, you may be out in the sun.  If raining, you may be out in the rain.  Bring what's appropriate for you and bring cover for your rifle if rain is expected. Events are not canceled due to the weather (with the exception of extreme weather, i.e. - tornado, severe storms/lightning).

There will be a designated time for lunch and history. There is food and water available on site.  Participants are encouraged to stay on site through lunch. Please bring what food you need or be prepared to purchase at the range mess hall.  Leaving the range for lunch is not a good option and we continue without anyone who is late returning from lunch.
