I94 between St Paul Minnesota and Hudson Wisconsin, take exit 251 onto Keats Ave.  Take Keats Ave north about one mile to the entrance of Lake Elmo Park Preserve, turn right.  Go about 200 yards the entrance to the club is on the left (north side).  Follow signs to the Competition Range.

The local club house has a limited vending capacity; there are a number of fast food places within a mile or so of the range, also a Gander Mountain, Wallmart, and Cabela’s within two miles.  Bring bottled water and a lunch.  This is a very nice location close to lots of amenities.
