From Gander Mountain in Hermantown take Haines Rd North to Airport rd take a right on Airport rd follow to Rice Lake rd.  Take a left on Rice lake rd and head north to island lake 14.5mi.  On the left you will see United Northern Sportsmen; 7229 Rice Lake Rd., Duluth, MN.

The United Northern Sportsmen club is located just north of Duluth, directly across from Island Lake Reservoir.  The scenery alone is worth the trip.  Appleseed is excited to be returning to this location, once again.  Be there, on the line with your fellow Americans - learn an American skill, hear our American heritage and begin your journey to becoming part of the Rifleman tradition.

Known Distance(KD) shooting - Up to 300yrds - will take place on Sunday.  Make sure you pack your centerfire rifle and ammo for this portion of the event.  If you don't have one, don't worry as you will be amazed by how far a .22lr can stretch out there.
