What a great weekend. Saturday started off with some rain but cleared up nicely, but stayed cool the whole weekend. We had a total of 16 students for our weekend. Each one is always unique in their own way. Out of the 16, 15 were first time Appleseeders. Everyone started off the weekend with good groups. There were some that needed a little help and after instructions were given everyone was doing well. Saturday we were able to get in two AQT's but sorrowfully no riflemen emerged, BUT that would not be the case on Sunday.

Sunday came along and saw 12 shooters emerge from their beds and dawn the range with a glimpse of a Rifleman patch in their sights. After reviews and further instructions, we shot AQT's. By the end of the day 6 out of 12 riflemen emerged to EARN the rifleman patch. Congratulations to those who earned their patches. Remember NPOA and dryfiring will help tremendously in your marksmanship skills.

Thank you to the Mill Creek Gun Club for allowing us to come and use their range, thanks to Sarge for being our boots on the ground and keeping things going for us, and thank you to the instructors that came out, Roger, Tim and Rob, you guys are great and cant forget Megan who is a blue hat who helped pass out targets and organize my unorganized admin box, thank you for hanging out with us on Sunday.

As always it was a pleasure working the line with a great Shoot Boss like connibear!  We ended up awarding 6 well earned Rifleman badges with one of those going to a re-qualifying Rifleman.
