We have a decent weather forecast for our first event at Custer in 2017, but it's always good weather for making Riflemen! Look forward to seeing you there.

Made it home from another weekend on the trail. Congratulations to our newest Rifleman Taylor! Jim and Franky also solidified their ranks as Rifleman with repeat scores. I believe Taylor took top shot this weekend with 235.

A few equipment tweaks, a little dry practice and another seed or two will churn out more patches.

The sun made a rare appearance this weekend taxing our bodies just a bit more than usual. For those that couldn't make it back Sunday, I hope to see you on the line soon.

Our next event in Custer is the first weekend in August.

Another great event in Custer! The shooters did a great job "drinking from the firehose". It was clear that over the course of the two days the lessons were being learned and the targets reflected that. Great work from everyone. I look forward to working with you all in future events!

I only snapped a few pics: https://imgur.com/gallery/D43x7

Good event, and thanks to all instructors and shooters who turned out to make it so. The space cadet shoot-boss-in-training forgot to pass out CMP clinic certifications, so let me or Kimber Custom know if you need one (thanks to Eli for the reminder). I posted a few photos here:

Dry practice and persistence are prescribed for all, whether in pursuit of a Rifleman patch or just maintaining your skills! Check out some of the posts under Skill Sets of Shooting on this board for more info.

Looks like you had some beautiful weather for it.

We had planned to make this one, but alas, the little one broke her foot landing a back handspring in gymnastics class, so not this time.  See y'all at the Douglas Ridge KD this summer, though!
