Is the Chapel Hill Appleseed on May 27-28 at Strategic Edge a private event? I ask because I was looking through EventBright, and that event was listed as sold out more than 2 months in advance.

No, Sir.  If it was a private event, it would probably not be on the public schedule.

There is currently one ticket available for the Chapel Hill clinic - probably from a cancellation.

If it sells out, you can sign up on the wait list.

Hope this helps,
Rusty

Nashville Stage,

Chapel Hill did sell out very early.  However, we opened a spot on the line yesterday and I verified that Eventbrite is showing one ticket available right now.  If you want to attend and this ticket has already sold, I recommend getting on the waiting list.

I'll be the Shoot Boss for the event and Master Instructor dond will be there as well.

Hope to see you there!

Thanks for the info, Rusty & Diana!
I'm a brand-new IIT, having taken my orange hat from Greg Seneff at the last Stones River (Antioch) Appleseed. Chapel Hill is about an hour from me, so if you'd like a hand, I can make myself available.

I just found out that one of my young friends, Whitney, will not be attending because of a torn ACL and pending surgery; wish her a speedy recovery. Not sure if her slot has been filled but hope so and hope to have her back soon at an Appleseed event.  The other, Braden (also 13), has expressed a desire for an Applecore Orange Hat, maybe he can get that done at Chapel Hill.

So sorry to hear about Whitney... Hope her recovery goes well!  Please have them send an email to national about the injury so she can transfer to another date. Once that has been done, we can open a slot on the line. Braden can ask to be an Applecore (Blue Hat) at any time.  If he wishes to become an Orange Hat, we will work hard for the Rifleman score and look for a second event so he can start down the path.

Thanks for encouraging these youth to become involved in Project Appleseed!

Braden scored Rifleman at the October 2016 Appleseed in Manchester and attended the KD at the NYE Pelham event. Hoping his Dad (Terry) will score Rifleman this time (Braden doesn't cut him any slack!).  I think Whitney's Dad has sent an Email.
