Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

Five shooters came out for a post-St. Patrick's Day Appleseed with an overcast Saturday in the low-to-mid 40's and a "mixtry mix" start on Sunday for a keen group of shooters. Four of our attendees were returning Appleseeders.  One pre-registered student was a no-show for the weekend.

On Saturday, we spent a good amount of time emphasizing NPOA for each shot during the Squares Targets.  The results were quite promising; by the third square nearly everyone's groups sizes were within 4 MOA, the tightest group within 1.5 to 2 MOA. One shooter, Dan, cleared the day's closing RedCoat earning him the coveted Maryland Front Sight Patch and a free copy of David Hackett Fischer's Paul Revere's Ride.

On Sunday, we did five timed AQT's, including one Rapid Fire AQT, yielding scores from 181 up to 222.  Dan re-qualified with scores of 215 and 222, with two other shooter's scoring 203 and 204 (oh, so close!). No doubt as a nod to St. Patty, Dan also nicely clover-leafed a few shots in his AQT (see photo).

Everyone got a free copy of latest edition of The Lexington-Concord Battle Road: An hour-by-hour account of events preceding and on the history-making day, April 19, 1775 (which used to be available in 2016 directly from Concord Chamber of Commerce but it looks like their on-line store is still off-line).

As always, many thanks to:
- AAFG for continuing to provide use of their Small Bore rifle range
- BeSwift for unlocking the AAFG range gate @ 07:30 am both days; thank you sir!
- A cameo appearance by ERoyle on the line; always a pleasure, sir!
- "Cheaper Man" who debuted as an IIT after an RBC in FL; great to meet & work together with you, and of course
- Our five attendees who were safe, pleasant, and graciously helped clean up on both days.

Thanks again everyone and I hope to see you all again soon on the path to gunlightenment.
