Google Blogger VS Project Appleseed

Apparently some jackhole(s) have been recently been going on my Google Blog account and flagging my Project Appleseed blogs. Of course the only response that I have received from Google is that the blogs do not meet their approved subject matter. It is quite frustrating to say the least. There was nothing on the blogs that could in anyway be miss-construed as anti American, being dangerous or subversive. Guess they just don't like anyone portraying the true history of the Revolutionary War and the safe use of firearms.

So far all of my 2016 Project Appleseed Blogs have been removed along with several others from 2013 through 2015.

If I inadvertently included anyone in the photos that did not want them published a simple email to me would have had them removed.

It's frustrating, but some of the product/service providers (Google, Facebook, YouTube, etc) have a "delete first, ask questions later" mentality. Many of the flagging protocols are completely automated, too, so it might not have even been a person that flagged your blogs (and I highly doubt it was anyone within the Appleseed community). One of the largest firearms YouTube channels, Hickock45, had his entire account shut down recently because of a mysterious terms of service violation. He eventually got everything reinstated, and found out that it was apparently an automated shut down over a minor issue that he didn't know about.

All that said, keep talking with Google; you'll probably get everything restored in time. Realize that they don't have tons of people to handle customer service issues, so it may take some time & a lot of persistence from you.

I would also suggest looking into moving your blogs away from Google, even if costs you a few dollars a month. Of course, also keep a backup of all your work in case it should disappear one day. That way you can recreate your blogs in a different space relatively easy. Sorry that you're going through this.
