We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

With a little publicity, it is phenomenal just how effective this can be to get attendance UP!

Eleven students on the line, and 5 of them young men with their fathers.

A brisk start to the day under cloudy skies, but pleasant throughout as the students and instructors kept each other busy and engaged.

Steve took the lead to get the registration and admin duties rolling.  Dr. John and Jeff worked through the demos and encouraging students on the line.  A bit of a unique day in having no tube-fed and no .223's to challenge the line, and the young men worked from a supported position through the day to alleviate fatigue as the day progressed.

A productive day where the sun would start to fade by 4pm, and we got the benediction, and award of an Orange Hat to GDawg by 4:30!  The students helped in getting the line cleared and all the gear stowed for travel to make this one of the best Appleseeds ever!

My sincere thanks to Dr. John, Jeff, Steve, and Greg for making this event a "Simple and Precise" day at Baconton.

To the students:  Ron, Kendan, Stephanie, Miki, Greg, Geoff, George, Dever, Everett, Wylie and Lance;   You are an outstanding group to have had the honor to spend the day with; thank you for attending, the teachable attitudes, and the constant effort to adapt what was taught.

Merry Christmas,

Such a pleasure to have so many young shooters on the line! And even more, to have such respect and attention given to the Story of April 19, 1775 and what it means to be an American. Special thanks to our host Greg, who has been so supportive in bringing Appleseed to southeast Georgia. Commendations to Steve and Jeff, without whom this event could not have taken place. And to Goose, who has been unstinting in his work on behalf of Appleseed and Liberty. Hope to see everyone again next year as soon as the weather warms up. Happy Christmas to all, and may Liberty increase forever!
"It is an indispensable duty, my brethren, which we owe to God and our country, to rouse up and bestir ourselves, and, being animated with a noble zeal for the sacred cause of liberty, to defend our lives and fortunes, even to the shedding of the last drop of blood....
