The "Trail Life" group of 30 arrived on Friday night and camped out - (onsite) for the weekend.  The weekend weather was a challenge, or should I say cool (it downright cold for Texans - as it was in the high 80's earlier in the week).  We were fortunate to have this event staffed with multiple Shoot Bosses, Instructors and Orange Hats.

The Course of Fire was adapted to build a strong foundation for the enthusiastic young people - many who had never handled a firearm before.  Significant progress was made (via Redcoat). Despite the modified pace we still had a shooter make Rifleman (Isaiah) and had a couple of shooters knocking on the door.

Special thanks to Jim, Kevin, Dan, Eric, James, Jason, Richard and Clint for the excellent instruction that they provided. The event was safe and motivated towards having a typical good time.
