Beautiful weekend at Berwyn Rod and Gun Club this past weekend, with a small class who showed a lot of skill.  Five shooters filled the lines on Saturday and hearkened to a nice First Strike by Flintlocke and Second Strike by yours truly.  Quite a few rounds went downrange and we saw some big improvements in Redcoat Scores by the end of the day, going from three 100-yard shooters and one 200 yard shooters (with one head-shot) in the morning to two 200-yard shooters and two 400-yard shooters (with three head shots!).

Sunday dawned clear and cold; we started with a good known distance talk by The Beard and a Third Strike by yours truly.  We lost one shooter but gained another.  After a grind broken by tales of the Dangerous old Men and Women by PB4Y1, we had several shooters close (205, anyone) to Rifleman but no one over.  Given 4 new Appleseeders, this is pretty awesome.  Thanks again to MikeCee and Berwyn for being the best hosts in the country, and I hope to see you one the line again!
