Looking forward to the first Ladyseed at Chehalem Valley Sportsman Club in Dundee, OR.  There is still room on the line for this ladies only, .22 rimfire only event.   The long range weather forecast is iffy, but this is Oregon after all, and...there will be chocolate!

Hope to see you there.

Janer,

Have a great shoot.  You and Flipper will be missed at the Ariel shoot.  Hope things stay dry for both events.

Ladies..... you all have an excellent pair of instructors for this event.  Listen well to what they teach.

Thanks to all who participated in the Ladyseed this weekend and learned about heritage and marksmanship.  The weather was fine on Saturday, but the rain caught up to us Sunday.  It didn't seem to dampen anyone's spirits.  Soggy shooting mat?  No problem!

Many thanks to Mike and his crew from Chehalem Valley Sportsman Club who provided lunch both days and had the coffee and hot water going all day.  It was so nice for the ladies to be able to take a break and have something hot to drink.  The club is very supportive of Appleseed and it is appreciated.

These ladies listened and learned.  You could see it as the groups got smaller as the weekend progressed.  Every AQT showed improvement and there are a lot of them knocking on that door.  Many scores in the 170-190+ range.

Congratulations to Deborah who earned her Rifleman patch!  I hope to see you all at future events.

As I may have mentioned (once or twice) dry practice works.
