Our weekend started with a rainy Saturday and 5 shooters, all of whom had traveled over an hour to attend the event.  All shooters were interested in the history, and had an open mind-willing to accept all teaching.  As a result, all of the shooters had small groups on our first round of squares.  Everyone made good progress, and was ready for IMC in just a few more rounds of squares.  This was the first Appleseed for all of our shooters, and everyone made very good progress as the weekend progressed. 

Congratulations to Leonard who scored Rifleman on Sunday with a score of 221.  All other shooters were improving with their scores as well, and I feel confident that with another Appleseed, they too will earn their patch. 

This event was our first at the Jackson Purchase Rifle and Pistol Club, and we are very thankful that they have decided to start hosting our events.

Thanks again to all shooters who traveled to attend this event, and I look forward to seeing everyone again at a future event.
