A most spectacular weekend of shooting at a fantastic new shooting bay here in southwest Ohio. Clinton County Farmers and Sportsmen Association opened it's recently completed Bay 7 to Project Appleseed for the first time and the results were memorable. Fifteen shooters took to the line Saturday and by the end of the day a new Rifleman was forged on the very first official AQT of the weekend. Congratulations Tim!
Sunday saw thirteen awake and ready Americans plow through AQTs as well as a fitting tribute to the first thirteen Americans who gave their all on that fateful day in April 1775. A Rifleman re-qualified marking a personal milestone and noted improvement was made by all shooters. Two father and son combos and some Appleseed veterans made for a great weekend and a good time was had by all.
Special thanks to our Blue Hat T-Man and special guest Medicus for assisting myself, DGMilty and Del but, most of all, thanks to all our shooters who braved the beautiful sunshine and near perfect temperatures to make this event a true success!
