News:

We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

Journey

#2
I thoroughly enjoyed instructing at the Lewis-Clark Wildlife Club this past weekend! The weather was perfect for a shoot, and I always enjoy the hospitality that LCWC extends to Project Appleseed. Thank you Theophilus for leading as Shoot Boss. It's always a pleasure working with you.

And of course it wouldn't be Appleseed without our awesome shooters! The three shooters on the line came prepared to learn, and I saw great improvements from everyone over the course of the weekend. Thank you, shooters, for your attentiveness and willingness to learn!

Special congratulations are in order for Wyatt, who earned his Rifleman Patch on his first AQT of the weekend, and repeated twice more, showing that "one is luck, two is coincidence, but three is skill." In addition, both Wyatt and Ben cleared a Redcoat target on Sunday. Great work to you both! HUZZAH!

Matt, keep working on NPOA and the six steps to firing a shot. Your progress over the course of two days was excellent, and your AQT scores reflected this. Dry fire practice is a great tool until you can come join us on the line again and earn your Rifleman Patch!

Wyatt, thanks for taking the time to come and see what Project Appleseed is all about! Tell your friends, and help us fill the line in July!

Ben, thanks for coming back to continue honing your skills. I was especially happy to hear that you had read through Paul Revere's Ride and taken the heritage to heart. The actions of those on April 19, 1775 are why we are able to do what we do today.

Special thanks to the Lewis-Clark Wildlife Club and their RSO Robert, who always goes the extra mile to make Project Appleseed feel at home. Thanks for taking the time Sunday to show us your .204. Beautiful piece of equipment!
