Another great event at an anchor range! Weather was cold and wet, but we had 8 shooters come out on Saturday to sharpen their marksmanship skills - and what an excellent group it was! Despite the mix of sleet and rain, we had 2 shooters earn a rifleman score and quite a few were knocking at the door. All the students were very receptive to the story of April 19, 1775. On Sunday, 7 shooters returned and persevered through more sleet. In the morning, 2 shooters earned the coveted Maryland Front Sight Patch by clearing the Redcoats! By the end of Sunday after digging deep through 3 AQTs, we saw 2 new Rifleman earn their patch and 1 Rifleman re-qualify. 1 student stepped up and took an orange hat. That's a total of 5 out of 8 students earning Rifleman - I'd call that a success! Thank you to Anne Arundel Fish & Game and to the students and instructors who helped make this a great shoot!

Excellent shoot and attentive shooters right out of the box.  Great job SBIT and to all of the instructors.
