Still HOT weather (but we've seen worse) made for an interesting shooting experience for 10 shooters. And the shooter's attitudes were also excellent. They were safe. They enjoyed shooting and learning more about shooting.  Two youth shooters had great attitudes, had lots of fun, were safe, and actually endured the 105F AZ sun without complaints.

Two shooters were repeat shooters.  Being coworkers, one having qualified rifleman in an earlier shoot (HMHArmory), the gauntlet was thrown and Tinkerer had to meet the challenge.  He did so in fine style, despite being low on ammo, he qualified on the third AQT.  I'm pleased to note that both HMHArmory and Tinkerer have accepted Orange Hats.  HMHArmory did a fine job coaching his buddy to a Rifleman score and will make a great addition to the Appleseed Instructor Core.

We also had another Rifleman this weekend, for a total of two.

Our lone female shooter exemplified the phrase "Shoot like a girl" as she cleared the Redcoat Sunday morning - a feat that the other 9 shooters (even the riflemen) could not match.

Despite the heat, all 10 shooters returned Sunday, this time bringing lots of water  ;D
