We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

Matamoras PA!  What better place to be on this weekend.

8 people signed, five showed. We had all prior Appleseeders this date. Round count by the end of the weekend was a total of 398 from perfectly executed trigger squeezes.  THis turned out to be a fun shoot. Barb and Frank won the Great American Shoot Off. Barb was the champion of the Magazine Swap Drill. Ray and Pat were tremendous and threatened the Redcoat by one or two shots each (great job).  Terrific students with teachable attitudes. There was much attention to drills. One Rifleman, two redcoats, and one requal.  Sunday allowed for the instructors to get some trigger time. Ray and Pat were "Most Improved Shooters of the day and will be Riflemen soon, probably at the next event (no pressure, guys....)  Both threatened the Redcoat by one or two shots each (really great job).

It was hot - we drank a lot of water (always drink water in the heat!) We took breaks, but we moved the line at a good pace for all.

Thank you Matamoras Rod and Gun Club for hosting these events and for the use of the line cover (see photos)

MK1765 and Jesse O helped with the line - thanks again.

NEXT EVENTS October 3rd 2015 Matamoras (One Day Shoot). We are going to focus on drills and more drills.  I anticipate 1-2 AQT with very tight groups and 100 percent riflemen. Be there. Aloha!

Many thanks to StephenK,  MK1765 and Jesse O for what can only be described as an intensive marksmanship workshop, well sprinkled with anecdotes of events during the events of April 18th, 19th 1775. All in all a tremendous event.
