I'm posting this here because the History thread is not available for additional comments. A friend sent me the book "The Court-Martial of Paul Revere" by Michael M. Greenburg. I read it over the week and would like to see if anybody has also read it. The events leading to the Court Martial took place during the Penobscot Campaign in 1779. It as a debacle for the "colonists", and PR was on the bottom end of the blame chain. Eventually he was aquited but: was it due to lack of proof or did it have to do with political favors? Comments please.
