Please join me in welcoming ddudeck to the Indiana cadre.  Dirk shot a Rifleman's score at the Camp Atterbury KD event this past weekend.  He got rained on, the wind blew on him after he was wet, he was forced to lie in wet grass and at the end of it all he said, "Gimme one o' them there hats o' orange."

HUZZAH!!!

Now somebody post up the "hat and a handshake" pic.

C ya,

Wind burned...soaked to the skin...chilled to the bone...and still stepping up for a hat?

I knew you'd back me up.  Besides, SPQR gave me my marching orders and that was to give Dirk HIS marching orders!

Throughout history, poverty is the normal condition of man. Advances which permit this norm to be exceeded — here and there, now and then — are the work of an extremely small minority, frequently despised, often condemned, and almost always opposed by all right-thinking people. Whenever this tiny minority is kept from creating, or (as sometimes happens) is driven out of a society, the people then slip back into abject poverty.

This is known as "bad luck."

President Reagan is quoted as saying 'There is no limit to the amount of good you can do if you don't care who gets the credit.' This is a valid observation, and a powerful tool.

Congrats! ddudeck.

Well, this may lead to some confusion.
I don't have a "c' in my name, though.
