Dear New York NRA Member:

On Sunday, September 28, from 1:00pm to 4:30pm, the Sportsman's Association for Firearms Education Inc (SAFE) will be presenting the 2014 Firearm Civil Rights Conference.  ALL Candidates from both major Parties are invited.  This is an opportunity for all currently elected officials as well as those seeking public office to come to a meeting and learn why individual firearms ownership is such an important issue.  It is said that all elections are local and this will be the only opportunity you will get to mingle with almost 1000 law-abiding firearm owners and voters on Long Island at one time.  You will have a chance to listen to special guest speakers including: NRA President James W. Porter II, President/Founder of SAFE as well as NRA and NYSRPA Board Member John L. Cushman, and Candidate for Governor of New York Rob Astorino, as well as many other voices from the Second Amendment Community.

Attend, learn and mingle with the people who express their second amendment rights.  You will get the latest information on your Firearm Civil Rights nationwide and locally.  You will meet and network with fellow activists, sportsmen and women concerning your civil rights and those of your children and grandchildren.  This conference will raise issues of concern and provide suggested courses of action with local and national legislators from all levels of government.  Those who attend will have the chance to win valuable prizes worth thousands of dollars in exclusive drawings, limited to conference attendees only.
