We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

AFTERMATH

Was it an Appleseed or was it a SimmerSeed?

There were times this weekend where I was looking for a pot a boiling water we could poor on ourselves to cool/dry off.

We had six shooters who pressed forward despite the heat, humidity and relentless swarms of mosquitoes.
(And one angry wasp)

The shooters made rapid progress through-out the day Saturday.  Had the bulk been able to come back Sunday, I'd have a good list of new MN Riflemen.  Alas, that wasn't the case.  They did, however, go home with all the tools, knowledge and most importantly heart necessary to begin their journey as future Riflemen.

We had a couple return shooters this weekend - Tim, who continues to make progress despite his personal obstacles.  He was knocking on the door.

Then there was CoryG.  Cory is veteran Rifleman of the St. Cloud Appleseed last month.  Not only did he return to show everyone how well he could shoot - he came to show that scoring Expert on the AQT is just the beginning of a Rifleman's journey.

CoryG is Minnesota's newest Orange Hat!
Please welcome and support him in his journey to becoming an RWVA Instructor.

Thank you all for making time to come out this weekend and become better marksmen and better Americans.
It's people like you who make my time on the 'Trail' worth while.
It's people like you who will turn our country around.

See you on the Appleseed Trail!
