Subj: Lexington MD 13-14 July 2013 AAR

What a great weekend.   **Inaugural event at Sanner's Lake Sportsman Club in Lexington Park, Maryland!**  Location is in southern Maryland near Patuxent River Naval Air Station. 

Six shooters including two youth and two ladies.  What we lacked in quantity we made up for in quality:  3 shooters earned their Rifleman designation!  Congrats to our new RM:  Nick C, Jeffrey M, and Bruce L.  Three shooters cleaned their Redcoat and earned their Maryland Appleseed patch.    Nick shot an AQT of 234 (with iron sights) earning him Maryland's second award of the Distinguished Maryland Appleseed patch.

It was hot and muggy but never quite reached Infernoseed conditions.  Special thanks to Dave K and Ana K for snacks and ice-cold water!

Terrific support from the host club and enthusiastic members.   

A great weekend with a great group of people.  Huzzah.
