Filibuster threatened on firearms protection bill in the Texas Senate

HB 928, the "Come And Take It" Firearms Protection Bill, has made it all the way through the House and the Senate committee. However, the Democrats are threatening to filibuster it to keep it from being passed by the Senate. The deadline for the Senate to pass all bills is Wednesday at midnight; if it hasn't passed by then, it will be dead.

IMMEDIATE ACTION NEEDED!

1.) Please call your personal senator and urge him or her to support HB 928.

HB 928 is the only firearms protection bill that Texas Firearms Freedom has chosen to support because of its Constitutional and effective approach. It instructs that our state personnel and resources may not be used to enforce federal restrictions not included in Texas state law, and removes funding from departments who violate this provision.

Good work Texans ,getting this bill written and discussed and hopefully passed will send shock waves across the nation.
Both Missouri and Kansas  republcans  have recently passed similar laws ,others have done so previously .


1.) Please call your personal senator and urge him or her to support HB 928. This is especially imperative if your senator is a Democrat, but also helpful if he/she is a Republican.

Appears  the race  has only 2 horses ! If our horse is flopping around in the barn and has no chance to get on the track . Well just saying .
