We need volunteers in sales, marketing, PR, IT, and general "running of an organization."
Maximize your Appleseed energy to make this program grow, and help fill the empty spots
on the firing line!  An hour of time spent at this level can have the impact of ten or a
hundred hours on the firing line.  Want to help? Send a PM to Monkey!

Once again the Blue Mountain Sportsman Center opened their doors and welcomed the second Appleseed Event to be held at their Club. For those who aren't aware this is the closest outdoor range to NYC where Appleseed Events are being held.
So lets send out a huge THANK YOU to the BMSC for their much appreciated partnership with the RWVA.

What can really be said to attempt to explain a near perfect weekend.

Saturday we saw 19 very eager Patriots show up to hear the History, learn their Heritage and take a "Shot" at earning their Rifleman Patch. Started Saturday morning and NEVER quit until the end of the day Sunday.
The Liberty Tree produced several new Rifleman to prove how eager these Patriots were.

Jim (a repeat Rifleman) led the way scoring a 219 followed by a 228.
        Andy 217.
        Casey 213 & 212.
        Mike 211.
        Bill 210.
        Will 210.

Yep, two North Bridge Water Baptisms took place this weekend. Lets not forget to mention that these two 210 scorers (Bill & Will) were Father & Son. Dad (Bill) led the way followed shortly by his son Will.

Congrats to all our new Rifleman!
Also to Jim who as mentioned repeated twice.

Don't want to forget our Youth Shooters who were also on the line.....
Andy, Ryan, Tom, Will and Charlie. Watching these young Patriots preform proved there is hope for the future.

As mentioned this was a "Near Perfect Weekend". The weather just didn't want to join in the perfection party.
Saturday started out fine but by 1PM we were dealing with a light rain. Sunday it rained all day. Luckily at this Club the shooters were under cover so their spirits were not dampened.

Thanks to ALL our Shooters who took part in this one. Many promising to be back here in July.

To the Instructor crew who worked so hard to make this a true success THANK YOU for your help and dedication to the Mission. Dude, grumpy1, Karis-Wheel and longrange I couldn't have done it without you.

Here are some photos of this event. More to follow....................

Growing old is mandatory; Growing up is optional!  :)

Marksmanship can be taught and learned,
but the motivation has to be inspired for the
people to become involved.
How many have you inspired that became involved?
