Day one : Indeed spring has arrived!  Spontaneously we did history OUTSIDE.  A wonderful group of American!  We are anticipating several Rifleman scores on Sunday. Fingers crossed.

Day two: We were reminded that there are April showers.   Not to worry, we just kept going.

What a great group of AMERICANS!  This Shoot boss had a ball.  Two new Riflemen and an Orange hat.  ^:)^

Mac had the best take on the weekend. "That was the best behaved group of kids ever".  Kuddos to the parents.  With posterity like that the flame of liberty will be just fine.

I saw some great teachable attitudes and some great progress as groups began to shrink with the first point of instruction. Most disciplined and safe group of kids ever. Evan, Megan, Christian, Parker and Kerstyn were all great, all weekend. Never saw a wavering muzzle the whole weekend. A lot of fun for the instructors to have them on the line. Oh yeah, Sparty joined us on Sunday for awhile.

And yeah, some new riflemen. Both Ric and Dan shot multiple high scores to earn their patch.  A few more shooters were close. With a little dry firing they will be knocking on the door.

We did hear a wee bit of history this weekend. One of the highlights was Minuteman George who brought lots of cool stuff to look at and shoot.

Status quo, you know, is Latin for 'the mess we're in'.

Spring indeed has arrived, the nesting birds above the line scattered when the shooting started, unfortunately dropping a present for Gene, one of our shooters on his rifle.
