Another great Appleseed at Sacramento Valley Shooting Center!

11 Americans came out on Saturday to enjoy the beautiful spring-like February weather!

After a safety briefing we turned on the fountain of information. It was great to see the students soak up the lessons the instructors had to share.

It was really great to see some of our IIT's youngsters taking some time to work on their skills.  Luke, Melanie, Josh and Joey... keep up the good work.  Michael came out with his friends Josh and Joey and had a great time as well.

There were many first time Appleseeders out and that was great to see. Hope to see you all out again soon.

A break for lunch and Missy, Dani'O and I told the strikes.  PinBreaker had been reading quotes from the letters of Lord Hugh Percy...and eaglescouter told some prehistory setting the stage nicely for the awesome lunch time history.

We got in one AQT that evening and ended with a reminder that we need to pay the debt we owe those men forward to the youth of tomorrow.  Awarded the Young Patriots Patch to Jerry and Michael, great job guys.  The youth we had present...Luke, Melanie, Josh, Joey, Michael, Jerry and youth IIT's Dani'O, Tank, Melissa and Walter.  They are our future...

Sunday brought 5 returning from Saturday and one returning appleseeder JC (great to see you out JC!).

We reviewed the safety and were off to review the lessons from Saturday.

Stopped for lunch and the stories of the Dangerous Old Men and the Determined, Dangerous Dames were told.

Back on the line, the rest of the afternoon was AQT's!  Erik and JC were close with 173 and 192 (JC not sure about that one...)

We took a quick break from AQT's for a Valentine's Mad Minute, targets courtesy of Melissa.  A box of assorted fancy stamps...with love King George...  :)

After the closing, we cleaned up and ended another wonderful weekend.  Hope to see you all out again soon...bring friends.

Big thanks to all the instructors and blue hats that came out.  As always you make my job so easy  I'm almost not needed.
