Another great shoot at Annapolis! Saturday saw 12 shooters on the line..temps in the 40's to 50 deg. The shooters got off to a bit of a slow start, but were all SAFE, progressed well, and showed steady improvement over the course of the day. By the close of the day, we did manage to squeeze in 1 AQT, and 1 new Rifleman was added to the cadre and another student requalified. Our 98th Rifleman in MD!

Sunday saw 10 shooters return to line, well rested, with a little help from the extra hour clock change.
We made up for our lost time on Sat, and shot our 1st AQT before lunch. After lunch, many more AQT's were shot, and another shooter broke the 210 barrier to be become the 99th Rifleman... The class was abuzz... Could this be the group with the 100th Rifleman? All gave it their best effort, and 3 students were very close (including 1 young lady who scored a 206!), but alas it wasn't to be... As the light faded, the class came to a close.. The 100th Rifleman will have to wait for next month...
We did have 1 student take an Orange Hat, and I believe she'll be a valuable addition to the MD team.

Looking forward to the Dec class and 100th Rifleman milestone! Thanks to all the students and instructors for another great shoot... See you on the line!   BeSwift
