We had a great weekend in Mariposa even though it was hot enough for the 10 of us to use up all 5 gallons of water that I brought each day in addition to what the shooters had with them. Not quite 100 degrees, but close enough. We had 7 shooters on Saturday and 5 on Sunday. Saturday ended with some scores in the 180s and 190s, but no riflemen. Sunday finished with 3 shooters after everyone else had melted, and get this-Friedrich shot 200, Peter shot 202, and Greg shot 206. Why did we stop there? We were all out of ammo. The shooters, the spare 600 rounds that I had, the box that Greg left with us when he had to leave early, and whatever KP was able to dig up.We definitely expect some new riflemen next time.

Thanks to KP and Mama No Jama for helping out, and their hospitality as well. Hope to see everyone in November.

G56 OUT.
We're surrounded...that simplfies the problem.
