Unbridled Liberty

Two shooters came out Saturday to learn about rifle marksmanship and about their heritage and history.  Thank you Jason and Bill!  Beautiful weather prevailed and an improvement in the Redcoats was seen.  Bill returned on Sunday and shot a high of 185 on the AQT.  Jason had some serious ammo trouble on Saturday and, while he was shooting well, he could not get off more than a few rounds between malfunctions.  Very frustrating for sure.  Solve those ammo problems and you will shoot Rifleman.  Thank you FMJ for helping on Saturday.  Onward and upward...

For Liberty, each Freeman Strives
As its a Gift of God
And for it willing yield their Lives
And Seal it with their Blood

Thrice happy they who thus resign
Into the peacefull Grave
Much better there, in Death Confin'd
Than a Surviving Slave

This Motto may adorn their Tombs,
(Let tyrants come and view)
"We rather seek these silent Rooms
Than live as Slaves to You"

Lemuel Haynes, 1775
