 An awesome beginning for the 1st Appleseed at the Menomonie Rifle and Pistol Club. We were hoping for a little bit higher turn-out yet 7 eager students were on the line Saturday with 6 returning on Sunday. They were attentive and willing resulting in 4 students becoming Rifleman.

The weather was great until the last RedCoat on Saturday when we had an incredible hail storm pass over delaying the last few minutes of the shoot.
Our 2 youngest shooters, John and Grant, did a great job !

Special thanks to both of my fellow instructors , Taylor (wisconsin's newest RedHat) and RustyRed, another great shoot!

It sure looks like Appleseed has a bright future at the Menomonie Rifle Range.

It was a great weekend.  There was a lot of shooting. From the empties, I figure I shot at least 750 rounds.  Martin, Mike and Jo were great.  I can't wait for Boyceville to try with my other rifle.
