Eight students, including three returning Appleseeders, met Saturday morning to enjoy the early fall weather at Beaver Valley Rifle and Pistol club.  An Instructor team of three, from WV, OH, and PA, gave an excellent instructor/student ratio.  It also allowed all of the instructors to get in a little trigger time.   :)

Saturday went so well that the students were able to shoot a couple AQT's in the afternoon.





Kudos to the rifle range crew at the Pat Pindilli Memorial Rifle range.  The new picnic tables made a great place to do lunch and instruction.






And by the end of the day Sunday, we had found one among us who knew well what he was about.  Here's Dan, showing his Rifleman patch winning form in prone.  He's also agreed to take up an orange hat, and join us on the Trail.  Look for him soon, on an Appleseed forum near you!





Bruce, another return Appleseeder, shot his personal high on Sunday.  So close, Bruce!  A Rifleman is persistent!  And Sally, the other returning student, borrowed Spanner's M1A to shoot some KD at 200 yds.  Might have a love affair brewing there.  With the rifle, I mean    >:D
