I've volunteered AdamT to put together a promo slide-show for gunshows, etc...
This slide show should focus arround MN Appleseed, but it is not explicit.
So, if you've got any media, or you know someone who's not on here that has any; please contact AdamT and work out a means to deliver it to him.
If possible, include the dates and locations of any media provided as well as associated names.
I mean ALL footage; once all material is gathered, it'll be possible to sort out that which suites the need.
I'd also like to use this opportunity to gather all media for historical purposes.
That's why I'd like the stuff that's not really suited for promo, but as long as it's appropriate... ::)
I'm sure Adam would like some help on this one too, so if you feel you could lend him either your expertise or a helping hand, let him know.
I would think a couple volunteers to help would be suitable.

Here is where we are at for now.
As stated all Minnesota related pictures, sound, video, and whatever else you got.
If you want to email them I have set up an official Minnesota Appleseed picture email addy.

Or if I am at an event I will have my comp with me to take position of said datum.
We will see how it all adds up, but a historical catalog of MN Appleseed is the main goal.

I am working on uploading hundreds of MN Appleseed pictures to Snapfish - might even print a few. Most are snapshot grade but maybe you'll find something useful in there. I have a public link to the albums I will send you
To anyone who might be able to offer some insight...
Do we need a photo release form for any minors (or maybe even adults) in order to publish their photo on the forum or on a photo sharing website? Or even FB? I am not sure what the legal/privacy issues are with this.
Is it really comacast dot net, or is it comcast dot net? Just sent a test photo to comacast dot net.

Don't want to send multiple emails
If you want you can send multiple emails, that's no problem on my end. As an alternate I am open to many possible means of delivery. I have a usb drive I can borrow to gather all pics and then get it next time. If you have a digital camera, bring it along to the next Appleseed I am at. I will make it a habit of bringing my laptop along to download pictures.
I know javaguy is in the process of figuring out a means of hosting them online, The goal will be to keep it easy for all. I am about as computer illiterate as the next guy so there will be some learning curve.
It is evident that some growing pains are present in my attempt to gather hundreds (thousands) of pictures. I will persist.

I tried that once..... I'll never do that again. %)
Still working with javaguy figuring out online hosting. I think we have found the site that will provide easy upload, viewing and download.
I should know in a day or two if it will work as planed.

We need to make a concerted effort to get a group photo at EVERY Appleseed!
Let's try for to make it a standard, lunchtime on Sat. would probably be the best.

I know this topic has been around for awhile, but I am wondering if it should be revived a bit for this year.....
I have my own server with ~unlimited space for storage if we need it.

One thing to note - With the emphasis on permissions and photo releases wasn't present when this thread was created.
How does this effect our procedures for collecting this media?
