Directions:
The range is 6.5 miles from Exit 274 off of I-90. Head south on Highway 2/287 towards Lewis & Clark Caverns state park. In 6.5 miles you will come to the Old Parker Homestead state park and that is where the range is located. It will be marked and parking will be available. If one were to continue an additional .2 miles they would come to Beardsley Lane to the south. This leads to camping facilities that were mentioned earlier.

State Laws to be aware of:
It is the responsibility of attendees to know and comply with all Montana and Federal Firearms Laws.
Montana has very friendly gun laws; if in doubt follow the laws of your home state and you'll be well within compliance.
Misc:
No DOGS! Land owner requires pets to be left at home.
Centerfire welcome - but bring your .22 also and save on ammo costs.
Bring plenty of warm and waterproof clothes appropriate for the weather, as there is very little shelter at the range and we will be outside all day. Bring whatever you need to be comfortable in outdoor (field) conditions. A folding style camp chair is quite handy. Water, food (we have working lunches), sunscreen, etc. For the rifle don't forget to bring ammo (400 rounds minimum), ear protection, eye protection, sling, mat or pad, several magazines, hat, staple gun, sunglasses. Check out this list at http://appleseedinfo.org/smf/index.php?topic=101.0.
This range offers actual distance shooting, so bring your 22 for the 25 meter portion, and your center fire rifle for some actual distance experience. NO Alcohol Permitted
