What We Are — And What We're Not The Revolutionary War Veterans Association (RWVA) is committed to teaching two things: rifle marksmanship and our early American heritage. We do this because the skills and knowledge that the Founders left to us are eroding in modern America, and without deliberate action they will be lost to ignorance and apathy. We are wholly comprised of volunteers who commit time, resources and passion toward achieving the RWVA mission. As a 501(c)3 organization, we promote civic responsibility through the teaching of colonial history and the American tradition of rifle marksmanship in a safe, non-partisan environment. We have no affiliation with, nor do we promote or encourage, any subversive or quasi-subversive entities or acts against the United States of America or against the American people, inside or outside U.S. borders. Any and all instruction and training conducted by RWVA is done in accordance with Federal, State and local laws and regulations. RWVA does not and will not train any foreign or domestic entity(ies) that could pose a threat to - or has denounced - the United States of America.
